Individual driveway snow removal:

Owners are reminded that when removing snow from their personal driveways to place snow to the sides of your driveway or off the roadway to the roadside. Snow is not to be left in the SLCA roadways as it is dangerous for drivers and costs the Association more money to come back and remove. Security has been askee to remind owners of this procedure if and when necessary.

NOTICE

Pursuant to the SLCA Rules & Regulations, “household refuse and recyclable material must be kept in sanitary containers with lids that are properly stored and secured.”

“Plastic garbage bags are not acceptable to be placed outside the home for pick up.”

Animals and wind do not respect plastic bags! Once these bags are torn open, trash is scattered and becomes a blight on your property and other in the vicinity.

Please comply with the above regulation in order to avoid Association action.
